Our European Partners will be expected to issue that Swift MT799 PFO/BF from his Bank to Gazprom Russia to secure the product and also to prepare to load the cargo destined for Nigeria. Secondly, the European partner will also be the one to guarantee the funds necessary to charter the Vessel that will deliver the AGO/D2 from Gazprom, Russia to Nigeria Waters. All that we the Nigerian Partners will be expect to do is fund the process of securing the Financial Instruments necessary to deliver the Swift MT799 POF/BF for Product owners (Gazprom) and The Swift MT760 BG/SBLC/LC for Vessel owners. However, the Nigerian Partners must secure an MOU with the paying Bank as well as a commitment from the paying bank in Nigeria, in the form of a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) indicating that all cash relating the consignment will be collected by the Bank and the Supplier will and must be paid first before profit is shared among all parties to the project and agreement.
